Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

but before he killed her he realized that she could be more useful to him alive because.  He/she could be used to setup other politicians and black mail them for his own political and financial gain..

Kenny Rogers chicken farm is now under heavy video surveillance to try and get some answers with all the mysterious happenings on the farm.  The have also set up multiple traps...
