When and how do IPO investors receive their coins?

This is realy shit, i am from UAE and the country dont need this coin. and FYI the creator is not LOCAL or even ARAB the typing is wrong in arabic.

as many already pointed out , the dev have no business whatsoever with arabic , uae , or anything related . he just using the name to make another coin that does not bring anything new to crypto except fast money for the devs ...

the arabic letters on the design is just awful to watch as an arabian ....

That doesn't mean however, that there won't be any criticism in it, as there isn't all that much information to go by for now to reassure users (pre-mine, IPO,....)

Even though I like the idea to use most of the IPO for MintPal voting.....it's a bit odd
