I even tried sending from one windows7 pc to another and got error code had to send 100,000 at a time is all that it would let me send

More likely it's not a bug. Every coin clients won't send a transaction which size is bigger than some max value. ( Size not in coins, but size of the transaction in bytes). So if you have an address that have recieved lots of small sums, you cant send a huge sum from it with one transaction. |

Because I don't withdraw my coins after each max block reward. And even if I set it to 50,000 it wouldn't always be 50,000 exactly. |
