As I said before, the question that matter is where the coins in your wallet came from. If you solomined them, or they were sent you by a pool with small sums 5k-30k, then it's not a bug. Every coin client would behave  like that. All you have to do is to send your money to another wallet with few transaction. From that new wallet you will be able to send 10m coins with one transaction.

we are just picking up coins without innovations and with IPO or premine.
So we just choose the candidates and let the users and communities vote for them (free of charge).

We don't want to spread hate or negative thoughts.
