WTB BTC with $100 MoneyPak/My Cash/PayPal

I have a "My Cash" card/pin, it is like MoneyPak but it can only be used load to a PayPal account.

The PayPal account has to be SSN verified in order to use the card. I don't want to give my SSN to PayPal so I have no way to use this card.

The card has $100 on it, there are no transaction fees when you load the card, you will get the full $100. The only catch is if you do not have SSN on file with PayPal, you will need to provide your SSN to PayPal before you can load this pin code. This card only works for US PayPal accounts.

Like MoneyPak, the funds are not reversible.

I am new to BTC, not sure how many BTC I can get for $100. I can take a 20% loss at most, prefer to deal with established members only, I will give the pin code first or escrow?
