It's essentially banned if fiat can't flow in and out of it.  Stop being silly.  Sell me your coins.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

They would love to ban bitcoin, but its very hard to do as it requires extensive and specific changes in the law to make sure it doesn't affect all means of exchange of information.

Much easier to just cut off any flow of fiat in or out of the system, the effect is basically the same.

Still not banned

Of course it isn't banned. You can legally own bitcoins. You just can't buy them or sell them through exchanges, lol.

and when the exchanges all move out of china .the great wall of the china internet will likely ban the sites

man everyone should see this coming ...exchanges will have to go outside china...china will lose control of manipulating major china exchanges on bitcoin..china will ban all trade outside of china on these exchanges..and lock out the www sites etc

of course it won't work..but likely will have a chilling effect on noobs getting into bitcoin in china

what I still would like to know is if they are gonna then go after the ASIC manufacturers of miner machines and lock their cash flow to an fro to...

it might not be banned...but the above to senarios sure could slow the growth down a lot in china imho

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)
