But you understand, that if you want to find someone's interested you need to send money first or/and use an escrow service.

How you would like to do it otherway?

You will need to send money first to someone that will want to trade, and when he will get it @Payonner he will send you Bitcoins - make sure you are dealing with trusted users.

Or - you need to find an escrow - search a #services to find one.
So - someone will send BTC to an escrow, you will send money to this member Payoneer acc. and when he will receive money an escrow will send you BTC's...
