Hey,

New to these forums, long time lurker. I am saigoned on Litecoin Forums (https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=14638.0)

I recently decided that I am a little to heavy on LTC and would like to trade some for BTC.

Just a small amount to begin with, 30LTC for BTC equivalent.

Happy to use escrow

Cheers

Ed

If you posted the best price you can offer, you could get more replies.

The Rock Trading Exchange forges its order books with bots, uses them to scam customers and is trying to appropriate 35000 euro from a forum member https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4975753.0

I don't understand.. Why don't you just use an exchange for this? There is 0 risk involved. Sounds fishy tbh

maybe he already did that.   Seems weird to post a thread to trade some coins, and then not come back to check on the responses (or follow up with potential traders)

The fastest and most convenient place for btc/ltc trade is surely an exchange. There is little point in selling them here unless OP wish to sell ltc below market price, and do not want the transaction to be tracable.

Sorry for late replies...Bit stupid of me posting before I went away to the beach for a few days.

I have never used an exchange, I have bought hundreds and hundreds of LTC on the LTC talk forums, I just thought there may be someone interested in trading some BTC direct for a small amount of LTC. Why the big deal?

If someone wants to make me an offer PM me or post it here...As i said I am happy to escrow so not sure how it sounds 'fishy'  Roll Eyes

You Bitcoiners are a welcoming bunch:)

Send me your ltc first and I'll send you the btc equivalent on cryptsy at the time funds are received. Deal?
Or we can use escrow

Hi guys,

Please contact DannyHamilton for escrow. He is a very trusted user. If you look at the currency exchange section you'll find a couple of his posts.

Many people have used him for escrow, over 100 people have, never an issue. He is a very professional person to work with.
