this is like a mini version of mtgox crisis only with more drama and lies... fkn amateurs running bitcoin bizz.. no wonder there's so much regulation headed towards the digital world.. eventually its gonna be the "Pros" (institutional players) who will control the major exchanges (imo)

Sounds like bullshit. If you're gonna call yourself CFO of a bitcoin company, you should have definitive proof of the bitcoin holdings and not just take the CEO's word on it.

Senior management is either lying, or horribly incompetent. Either way, its further proof that bitcoin weeds out bad companies.

The similarities between Neo & Bee and Mt Gox are striking. Both were exchanges with good reputation, having their offices at tax heavens. Both broke at the same time. And the owners are responsible for both the scams.
