Is this a possible option?

Transfer thread ownership?

I've got a stay safe thread I might consider transferring to a trusted member that can take care of it as I have been falling behind on it and just don't have the skill or mind set to keep up on it any longer.

I feel it is out of my hands.

I don't think that is a forum feature.

I'm sure Theymos could directly modify the database and change the thread owner value, but he is pretty busy.

I post for interest - not signature spam.

I can do it. Post the details here or PM me. The new OP must agree to it.

Yes it's possible for admins to do this, pm theymos. To increase the chance of a response keep it short and to the point, and make sure you clarify that you are the current OP (he's not going to do it without the OP's permission).

Edit : Beaten by theymos, who woulda thought  Tongue.
