I cannot seem to post. Form keeps returning message saying the last post from IP was less than 360 ago and its been a helluva lot more than that now. I found a post similar and the reply says that forum counts your log in as a post. OK great, but its been MORE than 360 seconds now, and how come I can post This!!!

You're just simply not waiting the full six minutes before you post. Attempted posts also reset the clock. Wait the full time and you'll be fine.

It does. If you attempt to post and it fails it resets the clock. Try it, though you might have trouble making three posts quickly to test it out at full member now.

When it happens it's hard to wait the full time but attempted posts also reset the clock. Be patient and everything will be fine!
