I`d go with the person mentioned with multipool. The fees are all about the same.

I'm at Coinmine now because it has nice Options Interface and i'm happy with my earnings.
Else Poolwarz and Coinex if they have not some Issues.
and probably ghash in a few Weeks.

I would say http://multipool.us. Another one that is gaining traction is cex.io. It is currently only accepting a few coins, but they plan to expand.

There was a site that has charts showing the daily profitability of all the multipools (but I can't remember the link). What it showed, though, is that on average, all of the multipools are pretty much equal in earnings. They will all fluctuate from day to day but if you average earnings, they're about the same.

Only when your rigs are rented out. But you can use multipools for a failover when they're not rented as well (this is what I do).

Hashco.ws, Wafflepool, Multipool.us, Blackcoinpool, and there are probably 20 others (mostly related to specific coins). So no.
