Hello, user PlusLegit may be scammer, first of all he sells 0.025btc (~7days ago) then he writes pm to my 1.3BTC (in 7 days get 1.3btc from nothing, dont make sell topic and just look for buyers? why not to make same sell topic how he made with 0.025btc) buy topic http://prntscr.com/3bftve
Hows sending first is asociated with chargeback ? I dont know, do you ?
Im 99% quaranteed that he looks for victims and he should be neutralised or at least treated as a dangerous user

You will need to post more proof than that.
Sending first to another newbie...... Roll Eyes A little reading time spent in the Scam section and you would see the folly of your ways.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

As I see, theres one more scam warning about this user, and think what you want but seriously, to write sucha things like "if u want send me first because of chargebacks" sounds like desperate scammer tryings to get some $$ Cheesy

You need to post your TX ID and any other proof of trade.

No. I don't know why people persist in this myth but when dealing with Paypal the buyer has more protection by far. Paypal + newbies = terrible idea when used to buy BTC . People can and will charge back.

Unless that escrow holds things for 120+ days, there is still a risk. I don't know of anyone that will hold that long, I know I wouldn't.
