I think you`d have better luck in "lending" and it would be a similar process like a bank.

Example of the collateral if you cant pay, etc. Well thats how I would treat it, but then again not sure how others operate with their money.

I did post this in the wrong section. I don't see a lot of interest on the site anyway. Will go to bank in the near future to see what they offer. Thanks for taking time to read post.
