The company I contacted was JTMiner.
I don't know what's the relationship between JTMiner and innosilicon.

the video you posted above is the Innosilicon video, here:

I have also requested validation of this:

too many new users involved here, so i'm going to say at this point, i won't be investing, regardless of the answer from Innosilicon.
I will however, post my legitimate findings.

Just asked the official of JTMiner.
JTMiner and Innosilicon coorperate to develop the scrypt asic miner.
Look forward to see the verification by Innosilicon.

I can confirm, Innosilicon have validated;

from email sales@innosilicon.com.cn:

Code:
Just to let you know, Water_kel is the marketing guy from JTMiner which is our partner, so it is OK for them to do marketing there.

Thanks!

EDIT; I will probably invest in this once I have enough BTC from my current mining round (I mine DGM so payouts are not regular)

so, questions:
what will happen to shares once the miner is powered down? will revenue from sale of the miner be divided between shareholders?
what happens if you don't make 100 shares? are we refunded or do shareholders still earn weekly income relative to their amount of shares purchased?

1. It runs 7/24. I have no control if it is powered down accidentally. So of course the shareholders won't get compensation as no one can control that.
2. Yes.
3. Refund. I won't purchase the miner if there is not enough money. If there is like ~90 shares and no more comes in, I will take the rest of the shares.

Clearify, I am the boss of JTminer.

Water is trying to buy batch of systems from us, but he is not exactly our sales person.

We are selling miners and Water is sounds like doing a shared mining pool.

Please do not confuse us. But yes, we are ready to ship at early of May.
