Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hmm.. at 1000 GH/s one can mine 2.5 BTC / month, if the rig is operated 24*7. Not too bad. Return of investment in 4 months.

ROI all depends on getting the rig shipped successfully to you in a meaningful amount of time and it being functional to hash at 1 TH/s.

1. Shipping time depends on customs clearance. That is your problem.

2. If normally run, the Avalon1 1000 GH/s Bitcoin Miner gives you a hash power of more than 1 TH/s. No doubt in that.

Do you not understand the concept of difficulty increases? It's doubtful you'd ever recoup even half the price of what OP is advertising. This is a terrible price.
