The first thread is banned because of some one post their address on their apply.Also information-coin is banned,can not create new topic.

Informationcoin is banned as it is from bt. Not only the dev and his new accounts but the coin itself because after many warnings they did not stopped the spamming aplication mode. I don't know if mods will let the coin be posted by another user.

It isn't the addresses specifically that's the problem, that isn't why the original thread was locked. The root of the problem is that people were required to post in order to "apply". You should not be giving any incentives to people to post, addresses or not. I'm locking this thread as well, but I won't ban anyone for it. If you are going to remake the thread, make it self moderated and clean up the garbage yourself, I'm not going to waste my time doing it. And remember, no incentives to post, no posting to "apply", no post here for x, whatever.
