Hi,

I'm looking to buy 1 BTC every month. I can pay via PayPal, Skrill, Paxum or Payoneer.
If there are someone who would like to get some cash quick from BTC-e for example and don't want to withdraw to bank account and would like to take either PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer or Skrill, then I could buy 1 BTC from you.

I could pay the current market price of BTC-e.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
