as a newly registered user offering 100btc loaded bar, of which only 2 were ever made it is going to be a significant amount of money.

People arent going to be willing to do a bank transfer or pay btc for $1000's of dollars to someone with no trading history.

Escrow acts as a middleman, a well known and trusted independent 3rd party holds the payment until the buyer confirms they have received the item, the buyer then instructs the Escrow agent to release the funds to yourself.

There are about 135 100BTC bars out there if i am not mistaken about half of which are unused. I am simply inquiring about information on how to do so with something of this nature. I am not trying to liquidate this asset so there is no need to be wary or questionable about my identity, just looking for information and to educate myself. I just want to be educated enough on how to go about doing so

You said you were not so this is just general guidance.. If you are looking to sell anything that valuable soon it may be better to partner with a trusted member who can post it for you and represent the listing.. It was been done for listings for items like this..

Either this, sell it in person, or solicit offers. By auctioning it off with a new account you won't get full value because people will be too worried about getting scammed.

I believe there was 143-145 made.
Over half of them have been opened / redeemed.   So, only about 70 left in existance (loaded)

That is a pretty picture you have there.  Very nice bar; however, the issue I see that others have not yet pointed out is that that bar has been redeemed.

The coins were redeemed on:  2013-06-24  (which would indicate nearly 2 months after that picture).

Would be interested in a picture of the bar YOU have.   Specifically because....
There are series 1 and series 2 bars.
There are about 18 series 1 bars left.
There are about 55 series 2 bars left.

So, if you have a series 1, it could be considered more valuable than series two.

I would be interested if you start an auction for it.
