thats a good question, ive seen a few of these kinds of referral deals and it seems like it takes months to even get to a point where your earning BTC. Is this true? Also, ive heard that the more you invest initially, the quicker the process goes. Any info would be appreciated.

0.7 experience/day (everytime you work)
- 0.2% experience/day


So yeah... It would take many months to earn 100 exp...  and 1000 exp is impossible without a large amount of investment.

Well, you can get up to 3 experience points each day if you have 5 or more refs, and you can invest €20 in the game to get 100 experience points immediately... of course if you have that much to spend in the game, you probably wouldn't care about the 0.0021 btc the op is paying that far. As for reaching 1000 experience points, it might be worth noting that even Tamerlan, possibly the most sucessful player in MarketGlory, is only at about 1500 points, and he has been playing for years. So effectively, the game might be long dead before anyone starting now actually reaches that point.  

EDIT: Oh, right: you can also buy experience points within the game, but they come at a price of €0.5 per point (gradually lowering to €0.4 as you gain more experience).

Hmm depends on how many digits the take into account, but lets assume its 8.
After 5 days you have 2 exp
After 10 days you have 2.55 exp
After 15 days 2.72 exp
After 20 days 2.77 exp
After 30 days 2.79722701 exp and you wont get much more
After 90 days 2.8 exp (you loos .7 exp each day and gain .7 exp each day)

Note: this assumes that you get .7 first and lose 20% later, not the other way around, but it wont make much difference otherwise.

Never been interested in this sort of thing because frankly, it seems like there is always a catch.  Like it looks good maybe but then you realize hey I have to do something for HOURS and then make another investment just to get a paltry sum of .03 or whatever.  It's like never worth it.

$20 in 2 months, without investment? Care to share the method? 

Anyway, I don't see how that would be possible, especially for a new account. If you exclude investments, then the only other major avenue for profit is referrals, as usual; so you would have to be doing a ton of advertising.

Yes, like I've stated,  The post is quite misleading because it provides the impression of MAKING extra money, whereas you will not get anywhere past ~100 ish EXP without investing. :/

Still skeptical about this game. I guess before I would sign up I would like to know if this game is even fun? If its just a slow boring game that won't keep me coming back I would rather not even start. Any one care to fill me in?

Hmm, my experience with the game so far has been more of the slow game type. But don't get me wrong... there are plenty of things to do in the game, especially as soon as you start your first companies and/or participating in wars. Unfortunately, unless you invest in the game (€20 at least) you won't be doing any of these things for several months.
