I am new to the community, I have no means of buying bitcoin, and would love to get started into it. Looking for a small loan (.005) to help get me started. I am sorry to "beg" but I would really like to get into bitcoin, and none of the "faucets" I have went to are really actual faucets. They want you to do all kinds of work for them, and then pay you a bare minimum, taking multiple days or even weeks to get .0001
Thanks in advance, and if you wish to work out a plan to where I can repay the loan, just send a message and we can work something out.

I think that for such a small amount ($2.50) you'd just be better off seeing if there is a quick job you can do, as I doubt anyone will loan such a small amount to you.

Do you have a twitter or facebook account with 50+ friends/followers?
I'd pay you for sending out a tweet or message.

For the record, I will not be doing this again, this was just pure luck for him that I needed something done.
Plus he didn't make up some sob story and used correct language in his post.

I must say, taking the OP at face value, I rather enjoyed this and was pleased to see he got his payment. Obviously he may just be a scammer, though it doubt it, and if the community want to encourage newcomers into Bitcoin the occasional act of generosity like this will go a long way.

No, not a scammer, it was a legitimate request, and although the original deal we were trying to work out fell through, we did come to an agreement on another deal. I kept up my end of the deal, and so did he. I appreciate the warm welcome, and also the generous loan

In this post he claims to be new to bitcoin with no way to acquire any. In his next loan attempt ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=581964.msg6360150) he boasts his main wallet has many transactions. Both cannot be true.

I have to agree with Vod on this one, I did not expect you to ask for another loan but I guess once you saw how easy it was to get some money from someone (me), you'd ask again. I just thought I'd help you, but I clearly made the wrong choice.
You got the 0.005 BTC you wanted, so why ask for another loan?
