What escrow can objetively say if a method is valid or not, if it works or not? He can send something that "can make sense", so he gets paid, and when the buyers tries it, (s)he might find out it's not anything.
It could even be based on a scam site - so even if the buyer "earns" the money, (s)he'll never receive it.

Or I must say... maybe it's true Everyone has the benefit of the doubt, but not having anyone to review the method doesn't look good.

Pretty hillarious thread here.  It's hard to believe that anyone would pay this guy to tell them a 'secret' about how to make bitcoins with no risks.  We'll see if anyone takes the bait here---there are many gullible people out there so maybe someone will.
