Please go to your profile and look at the browsers address bar and there you will see your forum ID (numbers).

You should strictly follow the rule to change your signature to "Let's color the MOON:your YC wallet address" or "Color the MOON:your YC wallet address" and delete other unrelated words. Once you submit successfully you can change back if you like.
