I made it a bit clearer, still a bit murky:

Stake interest:
1st week: 1% per annum
Block 13441 to 26880: 10% Daily
Block 26881 to 86400: 1% Daily
1st year: 10% per annum
2nd year: 5% per annum
3rd year: 2% per annum

So at the moment it is 1% per annum, not sure when the 1st week started or if 10% takes over when block 13441 is reached regardless of if the first week has ended - I would think so. I think what happens after block 86400 is that interest changes to 10% per annum.
Don't know when coins become mature.

I think that the bug in the diff adjustment is a disadvantage for the value of this coin, because the distribution was to short. In only 2 days it's also very hard to create a big and strong community around this coin. Now there are few bigger shareholders, instead of more smaller shareholders. The coin wasn't wide-spread good enough.

So expect that the people who got a lof of coins in this very short time will dump it for nice profits, because the mining was still much more profitable for them than mining other altcoins. Roughly all 15million SUM were mined in only 2 days, so you can expect that the few shareholders have tons of SUM, which they want to dump now.
