My wallet is syncing (block 23480 at the time of writing), and has been staking before, until 24 hours ago. Since then it is telling me it will be staking in 45 minutes but it never does. I did receive 10% on the first day, but the second day it was only about 3.5%. I have the idea that staking is not working perfect and that I will not be receiving 10% daily, there is more and more catching up to do, and it seems to be behind more and more.
I have to add to this message that in the last 8 hours my wallet has been doing a lot of catching up, the coins came in non-stop (felt like the lucky winner in a casino  ) and it seems that the daily POS of 10% is going to be there eventually! Great! |

No , it wasn't extended.
Just check how POS works. Because of orphans blocks you will get higher and higher every day until the 10% stops , which will be block 30.000

We are not even at block 30,000 how is it extended ? Did I get it wrong? Maybe I was mistaken. I started out with 29k coins...mined from 4 or 5 hours after launch/re-launch. So I missed the big mine when difficulty was practically zero and there were issues with pools/wallets etc... I can't quite remember. Today my balance was 48k. I was expecting to get another 3-5k coins, and there has been no slowdown in the rate of regular payments. So I just assumed the interest rate was extended beyond the 5 days. Anyway, its all cool. Anyone herd from the Dev? Is he still working on a new wallet? |

Check this: Total coins will be about 50 millions and now are 19 mil block 17000 to 30000: Nominal Stake Interest: 10% Daily block 30001 to 87600: Nominal Stake Interest: 1% Daily after block 87600 : First year - 10% second year - 5% third year goes on - 2% I am not good at math but calculate how many days since block 17.000 and after multiply with 10% per day ( and after each stake the mined coins stake also) so it would be kind of double until now We shall see the price after block 30.000 until then many people sell their stake. |
