Raining usually means that the giver has won something.

Can act as a gesture of good faith also.

I have done countless rains over PD and LN, from 0.0005 to 0.1.
Heck if I won nothing, I would still rain.
I believe being honest and giving out is more profitable in the long run over using schemes/scams/bullshits.
