We're still working on getting them to hash at their rated speed.  It was really late last night so we hooked them all up to one controller; I think that was a bad idea.  Another shipment of "supposedly faster" 820G miners should be delivered today so we will be busy getting those installed and tweaking/tuning them all.

The thought has crossed my mind, I've lost a ton of money on these things; they were originally supposed to be 1TH at 1000W.
