Yes, it is some kind of loan. When I wrote terms I tried to make this offer as clear as possible.

I have started local bitcoin hand-to-hand exchange service. All funds to pay back will be gained from the project. Most part of coins will stay on wallets. After each transaction I will fulfill amount of coins as fast as possible. I'm working together with my brother and his son, so we are able to monitor bitcoin price 24/7 to prevent funds loss.

Can you provide a bit more information such as, what (in outline) is the service you are offering that will allow you to guarantee such returns? Where are you operating? What are the regulatory risks (if any)? How have you estimated your market? What collateral can you provide?

Currently only Estonia but further we plan create on-line exchanger. For us risk will be only if price will start to grow faster than 100$ per hour at present time. Few of my friends(and already found some more people) are dealing with bitcoins and they temporarily need more coins but as fast as possible and easiest and safest way is to deal hand-to-hand. But I lack needed amount of coins they need daily thats why I came here and made an offer. Why are you even trying? Let's think about this logically: 1) You are a completely new user 2) You have no trust 3) You're not posting any collateral 4) You're offering an 'investment' scheme which offers impossible returns (65% a month is impossible - compounded that 40,000% a year) 5) You have no proof that you are offering a legitimate service 6) You have no proof you even own any BTC 7) Finally, if you can make 65% a month why would you need BTC - trading is easier in fiat So yeah, please don't insult the intelligence of some of us here - we ain't that stupid ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
