My understanding is that you get 1.2mhs Blizzard and than as a promo right now they will give you 1.2mhs in their cloud for free.

What a stupid answer without any argument. For everyone who needs more information please read the 70+ pages at Ltctalk. I just read the last 10 pages and get more information to the miners.

In my opinion the $/MHs looks good but end of May could be a bit too late if the competitors bring better ASIC Miners.
