I've been doing private party escrow as well as new altcoin IPO escrow for a while now, but it's all been through word-of-mouth up until now. I guess it's time to make it official, so here it is.

Private party escrow

• 1% escrow fee (includes Tx fee upon release)
• I am set up to hold BTC or LTC (other altcoins in the future)
• For jobs under or near typical Tx fee, I'll simply do it for free minus the Tx fee

Altcoin IPO escrow

• 3-5% depending upon complexity of the launch (includes Tx fee upon release)
• Tracking of individual deposits
• Verification of incoming deposits
• Handling of refunds within the specified refund period
• Storage in a separate coin control wallet

How to request escrow

• Send me a PM and see if I'm available to escrow (I usually am, unless I'm out doing IRL stuff)
• Be sure to include details such as who the buyer is, who the seller is, who will bear the 1% escrow fee, what is being traded, BTC exchange rate, etc.
• If I'm available, I'll usually get back to you within a few minutes

I don't imagine TC is going to run off with coins like that. Maidak has had problems with payment delays for a long time now. I have used TC for escrow a number of times and have never had any kind of delays in having funds delayed.

Obviously, you need to do your own due diligence and take proper precautions however I think the chances of TC ever scamming are fairly low, especially for what I assume will be a scam transaction.
