I have a few more bottles of Westvleteren 12.

(pictures come from google, but I can post some photo's if there is a request).

This is not just any beer. This Belgian abbey beer has consistently  been voted the best beer in the world, and its extremely rare and difficult to get hold off.  The 12 variant is the stongest trappist (10%) and a dark beer with an amazingly complex taste that rivals that of the best wines.

From wikipedia:

Although taste is highly subjective and individual, many international beer drinkers consider the Westvleteren 12 to be among their favorite beers. The members of BeerAdvocate.com[9] and RateBeer.com,[10] two beer rating websites, consistently rate the Westvleteren 12 as their most enjoyable beer; the 8 and the Blonde also rank highly on both sites.

In June 2005, when Westvleteren 12 was again highlighted as "Best Beer in the World" in a bi-annual competition on RateBeer.com, news organizations followed this up and articles appeared in the international press, highlighting the beer ranking and the unusual business policies.

This beer is not made commercially. Availability is therefore very sparse.

Sold per individual bottle of 33cl. The bottles are unlabeled (they are usually sold like that), aside from the cap. Shipping form Luxemburg at your expense.

I accept bitcoins. Make me an offer, but no less than 2 BTC per bottle.  If you think thats much, have a look on ebay:

I have 6 bottles for sale.

Did some googling, but havent found anything conclusive yet. However, I did find this:

http://beerinbaltimore.blogspot.com/2010/03/ups-says-they-will-ship-wine-but-not.html

UPS and FedEx dont ship beer at all for some reason  Huh
I guess they will never find out, but maybe best if I limit myself to sending closer by. Sorry  Cry

I am not really sure ..  being January in Canada though I assume that everything risks the chance of freezing at some point through its journey.  If it hits a semi trailer / short haul truck at some point for more than a few hours, yep, its frozen.   It is possible 2 day air mail does not.. but that would be daaaaamn expensive from luxemburg.. heh.  I wonder what the story is on importing alcohol anyways.. I imagine there is some type of silly restriction being that where I am from we pay crazy tax on our booze.

Only 1 bottle left.
Shipping to EU only to be safe. If you insist, I might send to US or Canada, but the risk of it getting confiscated or freezing is all yours.

IF there is enough demand, I may go get two more crates, but its a 300+ Km drive and difficult to get an appointment - for those that dont know,  you have to make an appointment with the abbey, to make that appointment, you can only call during a few hours once every week, so the line is constantly occupied. If you do get in, you can no longer call that number from the same line for a month and  you can only order 2 crates, and they often dont have the 12 at all.

So, expect a lead time of a month or more, but if you're interested, let me know, and Ill reserve some bottles for you the next time I manage to get hold of them.
