Quote
At 5 p.m. on April 24, 2014, the Tokyo District Court issued an order of commencement of
the bankruptcy proceedings for MtGox Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) (Case No.: Heisei
24(hu)No.3830), and at the same time, appointed me as the bankruptcy trustee.

so this is "almost" the end of the Gox story?

I though it can end up in a better way... but..

i guess you didn't read it...they will sell 200.000BTC that they have and return FIAT ($) to your accounts, so no BTC will be given back.

It's likely it will be held in Japan... this may be quite problematic for most people.

Bankruptcy proceeding is legal way to stole all funds and not going to jail. For us small creditors -> zero funds, and all is legal.
