There is an infinite amount of prime numbers.  There is an infinite amount of integers

are there more prime numbers than integers

but how can infinity be greater than infinity
oh i know

cause it's INFINITY!!!   Shocked

i am here.

The flaw in your logic is that there are more prime numbers than integers.

There are exactly the same amount of each - infinite.

(And how is this important?)   Wink

Haha, but I think this thread would obviously suggest otherwise.

You can always approximately determine number of primes less than N.

So, according to this formula, if we choose number 1000000, only 7% numbers that are less then 1 million are primes.
If we choose 1 billion, only 5% are primes.
As you increase N, the proportion of primes is decreasing.

Omg my friend I see you have a problem with those prime numbers Smiley This is not a first thread of yours where you talk about it.
I already told you - it is better to stay away from prime numbers Smiley

It can make you crazy Smiley And there is indeed a lack in your theory. Infinite is not a number. Infinite is infinite - before you mess with prime numbers better start from a definition of infinite.

Infinity can be bigger than another infinity aka undefined limits. Simple example lim(x->+inf) ln(x) / x  = 0    (you have lim x = +inf and lim ln(x)= +inf but x inf is stronger than lnx inf and x tends to inf much faster than lnx)
