There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I was paid by www.CoinLearn.org in February and March, but have not received the April payment as of yet. Are they paying anymore ? I have the same problem as you, tried to contact CoinLearn, he didnt reply. |

If a service isn't paying its users then open up a thread with the evidence. It doesn't matter that it's just a faucet. Message the guy again and see if he doesn't respond. Do you know of any other CoinLearn members that haven't been paid or is it just you two? |

Sometime around the 26th of april when coinlearn posted this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=585404.msg6405278#msg6405278the homepage showed this msg "You may find that your payments have been moved from pending to paid, but it is not showing up on blockchain. Please do not panic as we are processing your payment which will reflect on the blockchain soon." It is still in this state and there has been no new "proof of payment". My balance for the last period (~80k satoshi) has also been removed to 0. I doubt that many people still use the page or even used it the last month. |
