Technically he only has to return the BTC you sent him, not the newly value converted amount, or the previously agreed upon cash amount. If you both agree to some other settlement that would be a totally new agreement. Basically all the stipulations of the past agreement are null and void, meaning he is either obligated to send you your BTC back, or to reach some other arrangement which you both consent to as resolving the situation.

I think he is saying he finds your trust worthiness unreliable as a result of your refusal to refund your customer. Perhaps you should refund them already and be done with it and continue your business. We have already established this is your obligation, why the delay?

yesterday he agreed to .374 now is changing it to .366,  I honestly want 95 back,  I don't think you should make money on the service since it wasn't even honored.  The more days you keep pending my payment, the more I'm going to charge you to pay me back in full.

EDIT, So now he invited me in private chat and ended it with after I didnt agree with him lowering the payment on me

I wont lose money and send u the bitcoins.I will later try pick back WU and send you again.This case is not 100% my fault,if you want me lose money doing this then bye.I shouldnt pick back since the very begining I told you I wont pick back later after i sent.

Have you ever heard the expression "the customer is always right"?

In this case, it is not your customer's fault that he is unable to pick up the Western Union funds, and your agreement was for him to receive a certain amount of Western Union funds upon sending you a certain amount of bitcoin. I think it is generally accepted that he sent you the bitcoin, however he has not received any Western Union funds despite following all of your terms and conditions.

It is your fault if you are not taking the proper precautions to ensure that your customers are able to receive money when you send it to them via the payment channels that you offer. If you are going to fail to take these precautions, then it is on you to cover any losses that result in this lapse of precautions.

We finally came to an agreement.

agreement is 90 dollars plus 10 dollars from when he gets the fee back on the pick up from WU.  I told him he can still keep the 5.
