If it was not possible to change now, then why not write right that "it will be possible to change only tomorrow".

How can you work like that if I sent money now and tomorrow it is not known what bitcoin rate will be! Tomorrow the bitcoin rate may not be $24000, but $19000 or $30000. And I will get a huge loss!
