If you have adsense on your site then I would advise against it. It is auto surf traffic so from actual people visiting the website, but is only for boosting your website statistics.

I wouldn't advise if you have adsense on your site. (although Google will only see website traffic - no different to if you started an advertising campaign somewhere)

I wouldn't advise if you have adsense on your site. (although Google will only see website traffic - no different to if you started an advertising campaign somewhere)

This is not a fair service. It'll not only fool advertisers, but also affect Google ranking. Very bad for the site health in long run. I'd avoid it like plague.
