I just received my card today (5830) and I'll be able to give it a test run later tonight, need to let it warm up a bit since it was chillin' outside and it's like -5.

Thanks EP, though I found the tape-to-box ratio very very high however that might have just been because of customs.  Also you should totally vacuum your computer area lol.

Yeah, some of the taping jobs were pretty tacky...  I chose to err on the side of caution to make sure it didn't fall out somehow.  and yes, I am ashamed to admit that I didn't get a chance to blow out all of the cards before I shipped out, but just know that the clocks that I mentioned in the first post originally were with the dusty cards, so maybe if you de-dust them, you'll get even better performance.

Thanks again.  Good luck hashing!

http://www.citymayors.com/environment/polluted_uscities.html

The most polluted US cities
(By particle pollution)
1 Bakersfield, CA
2 Los Angeles, CA
2 Phoenix, AZ
2 Visalia, CA
5 Hanford, CA
6 Fresno, CA

http://www.sprol.com/2009/08/bakersfield-california-air-pollution/

Basically, winds take all of LA's pollution and blow it into our valley, then it sits here and eventually dissolves... Into our lungs and mining hardware...

No idea how that would work but with compressed air, a vacuum cleaner, and some Kleenex I managed to clean up the card to basically looking like new - not sure if I picked up cancer along the way, we will see.

Thanks EP.
