I want to sell 130 million XXL coins at 0.000000005 BTC(0.5 satoshi) each.I am selling at half the price of allcrypt.When XXL hits mintpal it will be at least 0.00000001 BTC(1 satoshi) each.

So why am I selling them,because I need immediate money.PM me if you want to know anything.
Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.
