Maybe what you don't understand is that even if you don't have a central authority or entity to be sued, no business in their right mind will accept payment in a flagrantly illegal currency.

No one will risk accepting currency that couldn't be bothered to think of their own name and went out of their way to use the trademarked logo of another company.

Why don't they just accept payment in cocaine? illegal is illegal in the eyes of the law.
