He means the picture in the background - he was a French singer and famous drunk. A very bad role model.

I've sold goods to many high-profile members of the Bitcoin community over the past few years, one of whom you know as pankkake.

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I sent registered mail to pankkake last fall. His name is not Romain Bignon, nor is it Roger Floupard, nor does he live in Bordeaux, nor Sceaux.

Maybe you've dug up one of his friends, maybe you've dug up some random schmo who's never met pankkake, I have no idea. Either way, you're on the wrong track. Neither pankkake's real name nor his address have appeared in this thread so far.

Keep up the detective work, guys. Great job so far.

nubbins you may be asked or told to hand over this info by dotcoins lawyer, I would suggest you do that sooner rather than later.

Dotcoin is right, this is a scandal and is a breach of EU anti-competitive business laws and those carrying out this unfair competition will be seriously fined (up to 30% of their annual sales - potentially devastating for the company) by the courts or the EC for their law breaking. All the money Dotcoin pays out in legal fees for this case will be paid back to him in full and on top of that he can successfully claim compensation for damages and that will be paid by the actors in this case be they part of a company or acting as individuals.

We know 100% that if Romain Bignon is not pankkake himself that he knows him personally and has been to meets with him:

http://people.symlink.me/~rom1/events/weboob/2011-06-02-weboob.txt?view=raw

'pankkake (Da Pin Gouine)' - so pankkake is known as 'The Penguin'. And Roger Floupard owns a website about Penguins - www.engu.in

So we have the right people here, be it Romain or Roger, there is enough evidence to take this to the French Police or the EC.

I have no problem with police i am not a scammer or do anything wrong nor my PMs threat you physically! Just ask you several times about your correct address to file the complaint right!

it's all stored and saved here in forum and on my pc.

And yes European Antitrust Laws protect companies before things happen like that here, it is not only a scandal it shows me how unprofessional and jealous you people works, there is a lot of incompetence in the room now but not on my site.

I know very well anti-competitive business practices and the law about, as i told you already you do that with the wrong guy, i want to show you how law protect us from people ( trolls ) like you!

A french antitrust lawyer in Paris cost you front up 10k € so make your wallet open right now this will be expensive case for all of participating partys!

I copy the whole IRC chat of you guys since 26.4.2013 i am sure there are so many interesting things inside.

That's not how it works.
Lawyers cannot compel anyone, only courts can. And much simpler, they will subpoena the registrar of headfucking.net, a domain I actually own, as it's the only thing you got right so far.

Of course, dotcoin will have to explain that he's upset I linked to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=361852.0 which he really don't want te police to see. Nor the PMs where he threatens me physically.

You are wrong actually, you have a very limited view of the law, regulators and the courts if you think only a court can compel. There is a whole world of regulatory authority out there that maybe you should be aware of as you seem to think you are above the law it seems:

'Investigation

The Commission's investigative powers to enforce Article 101 are detailed in the Antitrust Regulation. The Commission is empowered, for example, to:

Send information requests to companies;
In the context of an inspection:
enter the premises of companies;
examine the records related to the business;
take copies of those records;
seal the business premises and records during an inspection;
ask members of staff or company representatives questions relating to the subject-matter and purpose of the inspection and record the answers.'

http://ec.europa.eu/competition/antitrust/procedures_101_en.html

And here is the body that will no doubt be in contact with you soon Pankkake:
http://www.autoritedelaconcurrence.fr/user/standard.php?id_rub=167&id_article=1078

Here is their view on their own authority, perhaps you should read up a bit on your own country's laws and the powers of your national institutions and bodies that are responsible for ensuring EU Treaties are abided by?

The Competition Authority has the power to issue injunctions, to impose financial sanctions, to accept undertakings and grant leniency to some companies who cooperate in helping to detect or determine the existence agreements. It punishes cartels, abuse of dominance and predatory pricing. Moreover, it may have to make, even on its own initiative, opinions on various competition issues. Its composition, organization and procedure of referral to ensure its effectiveness and independence.

Lawyers cannot compel anyone, only courts can.

Even my dog knows that's not the case. There are a whole host of public authorities (who also employ lawyers) that can issue orders that must be abided by. One example, the Health and Safety regulator can close any unsafe building site, shop, public space in an instant and they don't need to ask a court. The local Council noise/nuisance department can close down a loud party at the drop of a hat etc etc. Lawyers acting on behalf or regulatory authorities have wide-ranging powers (acting on behalf of the body) to demand compliance.

You are clearly very ill-informed for a 29 year old.

Now as you know you Romanians are now welcome in England but please if you think  pseudo-progressive Liberal Democracy is strange you shouldn't come. I'm sure Romania has it all!

Now fuck off out of my thread you dirty soiled little creature.

I found this thread via some odd avenue, and opt to reply to its last post, hoping it's taking with a grain of salt.

Is your post written in the spirit of the sentiment expressed at the onset of this thread or are you genuinely ticked off?
