okay My first assumption is you only want to run this for scrypt and will use software that only allows for scrypt.
This is very important to understand. If you only run them as scrypt miners. they do not use a lot of power.

My setup does 292-297 watts including the pc. If I used bricks or a psu like your link I use 350-375 watts.
