We are looking for miners who have a passion for charity and helping people less fortunate than themselves.

Donationcoin launched this week and we are already getting a lot of interest from charities and people in the cryptocurrency community.

There is further information about Donationcoin and wallet downloads here  - http://www.donation-coin.org

Donationcoin has released it's first version of the wallet which is available for Windows, Mac and Linux and we would love you to download and start mining Donationcoin today.

The next update which is due within the next week will include the Kimono Gravity Well to protect against multipools etc.

Here is our bitcointalk.org launch/ann thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=578752.0

Currently we are not on an exchange but are due to announce our Charity Fundraising Campaign which will involve Donationcoin being sold for BTC and all funds being donated to the said charitable cause and in turn a market value.

Our social media links i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIN, GitHub can be found either in the bitcointalk.org launch/ann thread or on our website.

We look forward to seeing you in the pools.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Keep up to date @Donationcoin on Twitter.

We are still attempting to get The American Red Cross and British Red Cross to download wallets so they can retain their own Donationcoin.

Also keep your eyes open as we are announcing a fundraising campaign very soon.

you should hit the local newpapers for free publicity.. they would probably eat up the combination of tech and philanthropy..

plus public appearance would bode well to sooth prospective donators concerns.

wish you luck.
