Please download the latest version 1.0.0 and enter your existing password to retrieve your account. Everyone needs to do this before ae launch or you will miss the hard fork. |

You can install the 'latest' client version and download the new blockchain any time you want or am i missing something? |

I suppose it is not "exactly" 5days, is it? The AE will be released at block X (BTW, which one will it be?), and it will be more or less in 5days time.
Is this the way it will be or am i wrong?

Yes there is not a person stood next to a big red button getting ready to turn it on your correct. It will be automatically enabled once block 135,000 has been reached which is roughly 5 days
