Hello,

I would like to know what you guys think about Kncminer's Mini Titan for litecoin mining. How profitable will it be, if at all? And how exactly does it work, do you need anything else apart the Mini Titan to start mining with it? Can you mine all Scrypt coins with it? What do you think will happen to the the Alternate Scryt coins and particularly litecoins with this comes out.

Do you think it is worth to buy it?

Share anything you know about Kncminer and the Mini Titan here.

Anything at all if appreciated.

Thank you very much.

DON'T buy anything from KnC unless you want to get your units like here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=170332.msg6396637#msg6396637 Feel free to read the rest of the topic from that post onwards and you will see that there are a lot of angry KnC customers. I don't expect a better service from KnC for the Titan or Mini Titan. Also take care that the orders are NON-REFUNDABLE so you are stuck with whatever they please to ship you.

Would you happen to know of any other hardware that mines efficiently and well for not too much money? And if you do mine... what do you use?

Thank you.

EDITED: Or do you think it is just best that I, build my self a RIG with good GPUs with high hash rates?

I recommend you the Spondoolies Tech SP10 miner: http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/products/sp10-dawson-june-batch You can check out a review here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=525469.0 or here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580794.0
I am also organizing a group buy for their new product SP30 miner: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=575499.0

I am mining with Avalon hardware, KnC Jupiter and Spondoolies Tech SP10. I also had a pre-order for KnC's Neptune and i refunded it. With the money from the Neptune i can get 2xSP30 and 1xSP10 Smiley

If you want a big metal Pile O' Crap, then buy from KNC. If not, buy from ANYONE else.

Come now RS, at least word it properly Tongue You're not recommending the product, you're recommending your group buy - its too much of a conflict of interests to say otherwise.

Ok. I am recommending my group buy! If you can't afford to join my group buy then maybe you can afford to buy a SP10, outside of my group buy, with June delivery. The product is real and already has a couple of reviews.

Would you happen to know of any other hardware that mines efficiently and well for not too much money?

I think that grid seeds can be okay.  I have 30 of them they run well if you only do ltc.

there are good sellers that ship fast and take paypal and credit cards.

Don't build a gpU rig unless you have free power.  here are some charts on my grid seeds please wait for the photos

one site has 10 and the other has 20 they hash at about 10mhs pretty stable and pull about 290 watts total

you can punch in 10000khs or 10mhs same number

punch in 300 watts

punch in 11 dollars a ltc

and use 1% 2% 3% 4%  and up to 5% for diff growth.  5% for lite coin diff growth is huge since diff is every 3 days or so.

https://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/calculator

ltc mining with grid seeds hangs in there. Do I think you should buy thousands of dollars no.  but  a few five chip grid seeds at 100 to 130 usd each  won't kill you.

as for an sp10 it is the best piece of bit coin gear on the market.  I just wish it was in stock and I could buy it with a credit card or paypal today.  The preorder and pay with btc world no longer works for me.

I know I can be trusted to use my cc or paypal and not fuck a seller.  So if a seller won't sell that way to me I will no longer buy from them.
I purchased a 1th machine on my paypal and I purchased 30 grid seed units with paypal and with cc's.    www.zoomhash.com  www.gawminers.com sold me the grid seeds and

the 1th miner I got here.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=576844.0

My advice is use a cc or paypal and get shit in stock.  Plus don't spend over your head.

Do you think I will be better of buying Gridseed's G-Blade Miner or Spondoolies Tech's SP10 miner. What I am afraid of is that the difficulty of Scrypt coins will go up too high once Kncminer's Titan comes out and it will no longer be profitable to mine with the G-Blade. However, at least from what I am aware off, no new technology that has a high hash rate/$ is coming out for bitcoin too soon.

What do you guys think?

Spondoolies doesn't sell Scrypt miners (yet?), what you see and what RoadStress recommended are SHA-256 miners.
