Distribution

The major part of LAX will be distributed throughout the Initial Public Offering (IPO). 10% are guaranteed to be distributed by bounties and 5% are reserved to the developers behind LAX. After that the only possibility to earn them is by forging a block and thus getting the transaction fee. Therefore it’s only necessary to keep the client running, so it is able to calculate new blocks.

The total number of LAX is 1,000,000,000. No new coins are generated, there is no inflation, only redistribution!


IPO Plan (starting now)

Two stages of the IPO will take place. At the end of each stage, the total reward amount will be divided proportionally between each investor, according to the following formula:

Reward = Amount * (Personal Investment / Total Investment)

Total amount to be distributed throughout the IPO: 850,000,000

First stage:

Duration: 27 April 2014 - 16 May 2014
Coins to be distributed: 500,000,000

Second stage:

Duration: 16 May 2014 - 30 May 2014
Coins to be distributed: 350,000,000

Well, despite the fact that we are the first NXT clone including the Asset Exchange on launch we will have a unique marketplace where you can trade, buy and sell virtual/physical goods. More infos regarding the marketplace will come soon.

Client is up and running. There is no need of a beta due to the fact that the NXT source code is open for everyone.
