I'm starting a group buy/share sell for one of the 60 Mh/s scrypt miners I'm also selling through my webshop.

Offering:
- 1 share @ BTC0.1125 = 300 kHash/s
- Miners will be hosted in a special suited room with redundant internet line
- Each share entitles the owner to 1/190 of the btc proceeds from the miner, mining 24/7 for as long as possible until no longer profitable, payment will be made to the address of the shareholders weekly. (*Miner breaking after warranty provider from the seller, random acts of nature not covered in 24/7.)

- Scrypt miner will be available on Leaserig to get a higher profit when possible

- Payouts will go to the paying bitcoin address. There will be a BTC.01 fee anytime you request to change your address.
- I reserve the right to make any changes to the above in favor of each investor's best interest. As long as the miner stays profitable (gaining more than electricity costs), with a minimum of 4 months.
Or when there is a better deal (i.e. selling the miner after 4 months) then the profits will be distributed between the shares.

Tonight @ 00:00 local time I'm going to have my balance paid out from leaseri (hourly paid) and all profits will go from that moment to the groupbuy address and pay-outs will start.

So the first 60 hours of mining for this groupbuy will be at a rate of 0.01 btc an hour.
