I got this message from blockchain saying that I can't send bitcoins. I want to send coins but I have 0.03 and sending this much.  I was able to in the past.

This wallet contains a very large number of small unspent inputs. Ignoring some.
This transaction cannot be sent because there are insufficent funds available. This may be due to additional miners fees or unconfirmed transactions.

The transaction can either be cancelled. Or the amount to send can be adjusted to match the maximum amount available to send.

I heard something about doing a API keychain but i have no idea how to do that. Can someone guide me STEP BY STEP how to do this?? I'm totally a newbie on this

Thanks,

You can't, because you must add a transaction fee of at least 0.0001.
So the maximum you can send is 0.0299BTC.

A transaction of 0.03 with 0 fee can take a few days to confirm.
Not recommended.

I don't use blockchain as a wallet. I wonder if you can change transaction fee?

Yes, but it is meaningless, unless you need to add more fees.

Maybe I should try Blockchain wallet. I don't trust online wallets but I trust Andreas Antonopoulos. I'll give it a shot. Smiley

U can change tx fee by using 'custom send'

If you set it to 0 fee it will probably never confirm.

If it is a high priority one (>57,600,000), it will get confirmed pretty soon.

Not true, and where did you get that 5460 figure?  Huh
