this is not fair. in order to assure 80% of refund you have to take 2 or 3% of each deposit, not 100% at the last guy who is confronted between beeing payed or his money going to refund.

If I want to refund some investors, I have to keep enough BTC. So if I pay every investor, I have any BTC and... I can't refund.
