Well there's obviously money to be made from accounts and sig deals and he just capitalised on that as many others do. If you check the marketplace there's quite a few people buying and selling accounts so there's obviously a demand and  market for them.

Dear all,

What happend with howzar being banned is really unfortunate.
We don't want to interfere with the mods decision, and we are not going to comment on the reasons or fairness of this ban. In fact we didn't even investigate much as this is not our business. What we do know, however, is that we had chosen him to run our campaign and that we are therefore partly responsible for this little mess in the middle of the campaign. We could have judge the risk better, we apologize for this.
 
Now, enough whinings
The good news is that the campain is still on, and that we got somebody that we trust to run it!
